Final plan for project two.

For my final stop motion video I have decided that i am going to paint a picture of a photo that I took while  on holidays during study break in Hastings. I am going to record the process of me painting the picture without me inside the shots. Meaning that the picture will seemingly appear by itself.I plan to use a range of mediums while producing this piece, such as oil paint and acrylic paint on canvas and possibly some wax too.
I will all so use a range of tool's such as paintbrushes and pallet knives, I want to make this art piece in a sort of built up style full of layers and interesting colour mixtures.
Through making a stop motion I want to take out of this process of art and try to display the thoughts going into the process. The build up of layers and choices within colour scheme etc.
Here is the photo which i have chosen to take and make into my own art piece.

Playing with shutter speed.

When I was thinking about my shoot that was to be focused shutter speed I decided that I wanted to take a different approach.
I decided that instead of shooting moving object's, I wanted to shoot object's while I was moving. But how was I going achieve this? The answer was simple, so I did a series of shots while skateboarding down Cuba Street, I went right from top to bottom five times. Of course it was quite hard to shoot photos while moving at high speed on a skateboard and trying avoid vehicles and pedestrians.
Anyway, here is the result.
